Dale Clapperton is a solicitor, former network engineer, and keen scuba diver and photographer.

He has published several research articles in peer-refereed legal journals on topics including intellectual property, competition, and consumer protection law.

Dale has been diving since 2013 and is a PADI Master Scuba Diver, Divemaster Trainee, and his bucket list includes diving Bikini Atoll.

Dale will be talking in the Exhibitor Workshop area on ‘Scuba Diving in the Courts’.
